The Role

As a Bonniq Piercer, you’re not just performing piercings, you’re guiding clients through the process of piercing and styling journey.

You are not just a skilled piercer, but a warm, reliable and patient professional combining safety pre, during and post piercing appointments.

Clients come to us not only to get pierced, but to feel safe in doing so. Your role is to make that vision real while ensuring every procedure is safe, professional, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

Safe & Professional Piercing

• Perform piercings exclusively with sterile, single-use needles in compliance with APP standards.
• Uphold the highest levels of hygiene and sterilisation practices in the studio.
• Educate clients on aftercare to promote proper healing and long-term safety.

Studio Hygiene & Support

• Sterilise tools, workstations, and jewellery according to Bonniq’s strict hygiene protocols.
• Assist the Head Piercer in preparing setups, organising jewelry, and ensuring smooth procedure flow.
• Maintain stock of all jewellery, sterilisation supplies, aftercare kits, and piercing materials and other piercing logistics.

Client Experience

• Provide a calm, warm, friendly, reassuring, and professional environment for clients of all ages.
• Build trust through transparency, empathy, and clear communication during every step of the process.
• Deliver a luxury yet approachable service—where clients feel safe, cared for, and confident in their decision.

Ear Styling & Jewelry Guidance (can be trained the Bonniq way!)

• Advise clients on jewellery options, layouts, and stack combinations that match their style, anatomy, and lifestyle.
• Showcase Bonniq’s curated jewellery collection and assist clients in selecting studs or stacks that enhance their look.
• Create balanced, stylish ear stacks using Bonniq’s design principles (Feature-Support-Contour, negative space, etc.).
