Piercing jewelry is $70 and up and is not included in the above service prices.
Please take a moment to read our booking policy before securing your session.
- Appointment Slots: Each service requires its own time slot (e.g. 1 piercing or 1 downsizing = 1 time slot, 2 piercings or downsizing = 2 time slot and so on...). Please book according to the number of services you'd like so we can allocate enough time for you.
- Booking Deposit: A $25 deposit per time slot is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill.
- Rescheduling: Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule accompanied by a notice given at least 24hours (or more) in advance, regardless of the service booked.
Requests made within 24 hours are subject to approval and may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
For approved rescheduling requests, we'll simply update your existing appointment. No additional deposit is required. - Cancellations & No-Shows: Every appointment is specially reserved for you so we can give you the time and attention your piercing deserves. β‘
When appointments are cancelled at the last minute or missed, we may not have enough time to offer that slot to another client.
To keep things fair for everyone:
β‘ Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit(s).
β‘ No-shows or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit(s).
β‘ Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in forfeiture of your deposit(s).
If your deposit(s) are forfeited, new deposit(s) will be required to secure another appointment. - Rebooking: If your deposit has been forfeited, new deposit(s) would be required to secure another appointment.
- Returns & Exchanges: Completed services and jewellery purchases are not refundable or exchangeable for change of mind. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We're located inside our partner studio - Dainty Glam - Find us on 77 Owen Rd, a short walk from Farrer Park MRT, Exit D. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to piercer availability. We recommend booking ahead or messaging the studio before yourΒ visit.

Patience is key ποΈ
Come back for downsizing after 4-8 weeks, and we'll help you change your jewellery. Thereafter, we strongly advise to let your piercing fully heal, or come back once in a while to change up your looks.
Avoid changing your own jewellery if you aren't fully healed yet as an infection might happen.

We completely understand your pain. Our founders also have sensitive skin hence they've decided to bring in the best alternative to gold material!

Since infections require more comprehensive care, we recommend sending us a message via WhatsApp first so we can assess your situation.
For mild infections, a warm water + povidone iodine 10% antiseptic often helps reduce swelling and promote healing. If symptoms like swelling, soreness, and pain persist after a week, please book an appointment with us for immediate care.
However, if the swelling and pain are severe or worsening rapidly, please seek medical attention immediately, as you may require antibiotics that only a healthcare professional can prescribe.

Single-use needle piercing is strongly advised because it creates a cleaner, more controlled incision, causing less trauma to the tissue.
Itβs more hygienic because we only use sterile, single-use needle, and it also reduces the risk of complications like infection or improper healing.

Aside from keeping up with your aftercare, downsizing is as important!
Be sure to be back for downsizing:

We operate by appointment between 11:00am - 7:30pm so we strongly encourage you to book your session with us beforehand! β‘
Appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. You can also [WhatsApp us] to check if we're available for walk-ins.
Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
